Paul started his career at the United Overseas Bank in Geneva then worked in France as Consultant at Eurequip, Finance Director of Carborundum France and East Africa Area Controller of IPS.
He started his search career at Heidrick & Struggles in Paris, was Managing Director of Korn Ferry International in Paris and co-founded Rossignol Tod & Associés (1984-2004). In 2004, he co-founded Signium International France. He is currently one of the 7 members of the Board of Signium International where he speaks for the EMEA Region.
Paul specializes in Financial Services, Industry and Management Audits.
He holds Masters in Business Administration from the University of Lausanne and in Economics from the University of Oxford
