Laurence started her career in 1991 as Financial Auditor at Ernst & Young then was appointed Deputy Finance Director at Chesapeake Display & Packaging Europe before joining the consulting firm Mille-Alliance as Finance Director. She was General Secretary of the law firm Toison Villey Broud and started her Executive Search career at Saint Germain Executive in 2007.

She graduated from Lyon Business School and is a Master NLP Practitioner.
