Emmanuel started in various human resources and sales positions at Danone group in 1985 before being appointed Head of Recruitment and Career Management for the Group.
Then, he was successively HR director at l’Oréal and Unilever before joining the retail sector as HR director at Etam and Ikea France.
He started his career in Executive Search in 2007 at Harvey Nash before joining Intersearch in 2008.
At Signium International, Emmanuel specializes in FMCG, Luxury goods, Fashion and Retail.
He holds a Master in Law and a MBA in HR Management from Paris-Dauphine University. He is a certified coach « Coach &Team » from Transformance Pro.
