Executive Coaching
Executive Search helps Executives and Managers to make progress in their career as they move from one company to another. Each move is a new challenge and our mission is to help our clients and candidates make the right decisions while considering the strategic impact and meaning of these decisions.
Executive Coaching makes sense when the coached individual wants to go beyond the surface, in a different way and at a different pace. It is a customized support during a professional transition or during periods of doubt during their office.
Each Coaching session aims at achieving a better performance, with a clearly defined objective benefitting both the Coach and the Executive. In this way, it is a mutual commitment where the Coach has the role of a sparring partner. It is a lengthy exercise which offers to the Executive a unique moment for his personal transformation in his professional environment.
Coaching does not give solutions – and in this, it differs from management consulting – but it helps the Executive to imagine new paths in a context which guarantees him confidentiality and understanding.
During sessions, the Coach listens, rewords, asks questions, offers suggestions and sometimes proposes a different approach. Through his questioning, the Coach stimulates interrogation and encourages thinking. He supports the Executive as he becomes successful in a new context. In triggering a progressive consciousness of the importance of emotions, he favors a new perception of situations and gives rise to appropriate behaviors.
